企业战略管理是从全局和长远的观点研究企业在竞争环境下,生存与发展的重大问题,是现代企业高层领导人最主要的职能,在现代企业管理中处于核心地位,是决定企业经营成败的关键。企业战略管理是一个层次化的体系,目前的理论认为公司战略分为三个层次:公司战略(Corporate Strategy)、经营战略(Business Strategy)、职能战略(Function Strategy),每个层次针对企业不同层次的战略制定、实施和评价、控制行为进行管理。 企业战略管理和口碑有助于企业走向成功之路。但是不正确的战略管理有时会适得其反。口碑也很重要,一个企业有了好口碑,对未来的发展打下了基础。因此,战略管理要遵循科学的原则。 (一)适应环境原则  来自环境的影响力在很大程度上会影响企业的经营目标和发展方向。战略的制定一定要注重企业与其所处的外部环境的互动性。 (二)全程管理原则  战略是一个过程,包括战略的制定、实施、控制与评价。在这个过程中,各个阶段互为支持、互为补充的,忽略其中任何一个阶段,企业战略管理都不可能成功。 (三)整体最优原则  战略管理要将企业视为一个整体来处理,要强调整体最优,而不是局部最优。战略管理不强调企业某一个局部或部门的重要性,而是通过制定企业的宗旨、目标来协调各单位、各部门的活动,使他们形成合力。 (四)全员参与原则  由于战略管理是全局性的,并且有一个制定、实施、控制和修订的全过程,所以战略管理绝不仅仅是企业领导和战略管理部门的事,在战略管理的全过程中,企业全体员工都将参与。 (五)反馈修正原则  战略管理管理涉及的时间跨度较大,一般在五年以上。战略的实施过程通常分为多个阶段,因此分步骤的实施整体战略。在战略实施过程中,环境因素可能会发生变化。此时,企业只有不断的跟踪反馈方能保证战略的适应性。
